Design District Development Partners, LLC (“DDDP”) retained Building Mavens, Inc. to evaluate and opine on construction deficiencies at Design 41, located in Miami, Florida. Design 41 is a 7-story commercial/office building in the Miami Design District, comprised of first-floor retail spaces, a two-story parking garage, and (4) stories of tenant spaces. The building is constructed with terraces on the 4th floor and a terrace and balcony on the 7th 8 floor.
