Project Overview:

Background: Sheridan by the Beach Association, located in Hollywood, Florida, entrusted Building Mavens with the critical task of conducting 40-Year Building Safety Inspections for their ten 3-story residential condominium buildings. Comprising 270 residential units, the association prioritized the safety and compliance of their structures, seeking to fulfill requirements outlined in Florida Statutes §553.899, Broward County Building Safety – Inspection Program (BORA Policy #05-05), and the City of Hollywood regulations.

Project Scope:

  • Number of Buildings: Ten (10) 3-story residential condominium buildings.
  • Number of Units: 270 residential units.
  • Inspection Type: Structural and Electrical Building Safety Inspections in compliance with Florida Statutes §553.899, Broward County Building Safety – Inspection Program (BORA Policy #05-05), and the City of Hollywood regulations.
