Situated around the prestigious 18-hole, par 3 golf course at St Andrews Club in Delray Beach, Florida, five condominium associations, retained Building Mavens, Inc. to perform a Milestone Inspection and Structural Integrity Reserve Study (SIRS) for (10) of its condominium buildings. The visual structural inspections of the buildings, ranging from 3-stories to 4-stories in height, provide a qualitative assessment of the structural conditions of each building’s habitable and non-habitable areas, including the load-bearing walls, primary structural members and systems, and major structural components. The SIRS provides a recommended annual reserve amount to achieve the estimated replacement cost or deferred maintenance expense of the visually inspected common areas by the end of their estimated remaining useful life.
