Sun Island Association, Inc retained Building Mavens, Inc. to perform a Milestone Inspection for (16) of its condominium buildings, ranging from 3-stories to 17-stories in height, located in South Pasadena, FL. The visual structural inspections provide a qualitative assessment of the structural conditions of each building’s habitable and non-habitable areas, including the load-bearing walls, primary structural members and systems, and major structural components.
