Project Overview:

Background: Understanding the need to keep their buildings structurally sound and compliant with Florida’s safety regulations (Florida Statute §553.899) and Boca Raton’s local guidelines, Barwood Condominium Associations engaged Building Mavens for Structural Milestone Inspections across their residential properties.

Project Scope:

  • Associations Involved: Six (6) residential condominium associations under the Barwood Condominium Associations umbrella.
  • Inspection Focus: Structural Milestone Inspection to ensure adherence to Florida Statutes §553.899 and Boca Raton’s specific regulations.
  • Location: Boca Raton, FL
  • Building Details: Each building 4 stories high, with a total of 216 residential units.
  • Collaboration: The project required tight coordination with the boards of multiple associations to facilitate a smooth and efficient inspection workflow.
