The Camden & The Whitby are two mixed-use commercial and residential buildings located in Inlet Beach, Florida situated adjacent to the Alys Beach Amphitheatre and bordered to the east and west by Somerset Street and Governors Court, respectively.

Each of the (2) 4-story condominium buildings consist of ground floor commercial units and residential units on the remaining (3) floors. Camden contains (2) commercial units and a total of (6) residential units (two per floor) located on the second, third, and fourth floors. Whitby comprises (4) commercial units, and a total of (12) residential units (four per floor) located on the second, third, and fourth floors.
